About
Hi, I'm Vic, an outdoor enthusiast currently staying in Beijing. I've trekked across many parts of the world, often embarking on long-distance, multi-day hikes with minimal logistical support. I believe that most mainstream outdoor weather services are either too complex or too expensive, which is why I created this website. It offers the following features:
After uploading a GPX/KML file, the route is segmented by days based on the track's sections. Users can see where each day's hike starts and ends, along with the daily distance, elevation gain, descent, and slope.
A weather forecast is displayed directly on the map for every track point, with green, yellow, and red colors indicating the weather conditions, temperature, and wind speed. Ideal for casual hikers who just need a quick overview.
For those planning hardcore expeditions, selecting a track point and clicking "View detailed forecast" will redirect to Windy.com for more comprehensive professional outdoor weather information.
If you find this website helpful, you're welcome to support its maintenance and future feature development by clicking "Buy Me a Coffee" on the homepage.
Lastly, I wish you a fantastic journey and a safe return home!
